  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
  • 1/2 cup green pepper strips
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 frozen BOCA Cheeseburger Veggie Burgers
  • 2 flour tortillas (6 inch)

    oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

    Add onions, peppers and chili powder; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Remove from skillet.

    Add remaining oil to skillet; heat 1 min.

    Add cheeseburgers; cook 4 min.

    Turn burgers; top with vegetable mixture.

    Place 2 topped burger halves on half of each tortilla; fold tortilla in half.
