  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 3 c. chopped pears or apples
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
