  • 1 Mamma Mary's Gourmet Pizza crust (Farm Fresh's dairy case)
  • olive oil
  • chopped green peppers and onions
  • ChiChi's mild salsa
  • chicken tenders
  • about 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • fajita seasoning

Directions

    Brush both sides (top and bottom) of the pizza crust with olive oil.

    Set aside.

    Saute green pepper and onion in olive oil until tender.

    Cut chicken tenders into small pieces and saute in olive oil; sprinkle with fajita seasoning while cooking.

    Spread salsa evenly onto pizza crust.

    Top with peppers and onions.

    Next, spread chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with more fajita seasoning.
