  • 1 cup water
  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 1 md. bell pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
  • 1 md. onion, cut in 1-inch strips
  • 1/4 cup fajita seasoning
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Directions

    Sear chops in non-stick skillet until brown on both sides.

    Add 1 cup water and seasoning.

    Add onion and bell pepper.

    Simmer until water is gone.

    Put bell pepper, onion and cheese to top of chops.

    Let sit until cheese is melted.
