- 1 cup water
- 8 boneless pork chops
- 1 md. bell pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1 md. onion, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1/4 cup fajita seasoning
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Directions

1Sear chops in non-stick skillet until brown on both sides.

2Add 1 cup water and seasoning.

3Add onion and bell pepper.

4Simmer until water is gone.

5Put bell pepper, onion and cheese to top of chops.

6Let sit until cheese is melted.
