Ingredients

  • 2 baby back rib racks
  • 2 tablespoons your favorite dry rub seasonings

Directions

    Set oven to 350 degrees.

    Remove white membrane from the underside of the ribs.

    Sprinkle or rub on the dry rub.
  4. 4
    Salt/Pepper/Paprika work very well as a substitute for a branded rub.

    Place ribs in the heaviest pan you have.

    I use a Calphalon turkey roasting pan.

    Place in oven and use convection setting if you have it.

    Turn every 10-12 minutes.

    These ARE NOT fall off the bone.

    They are if a crispier style.
