- 2 baby back rib racks
- 2 tablespoons your favorite dry rub seasonings
Directions

1Set oven to 350 degrees.

2Remove white membrane from the underside of the ribs.

3Sprinkle or rub on the dry rub.

4Salt/Pepper/Paprika work very well as a substitute for a branded rub.

5Place ribs in the heaviest pan you have.

6I use a Calphalon turkey roasting pan.

7Place in oven and use convection setting if you have it.

8Turn every 10-12 minutes.

9These ARE NOT fall off the bone.
