- 1 (1 lb.) bag baby carrots
- 2 lb. boneless beef chuck roast, cubed
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of tomato soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 (1.5 oz.) envelope beef stew seasoning mix
Directions

1Cut carrots in half crosswise.

2Place beef, carrots and potatoes in slow cooker.

3In a bowl, whisk together the soup, water and seasoning packet.

4Pour over beef and vegetables.

5Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
