Fava Bean Salad

  • 1 beef bouillon
  • salt to taste
  • 2 1/4 pounds fava beans frozen
  • 1/2 chorizos skinned and sliced
  • 2 pork sausages skinned and sliced
  • 1 slice bacon chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch coriander coarsely chopped
  • olive oil to taste

Directions

    In a large pan, bring to a boil, 1 liter of water, salt, and bouillon cube. When boiling, add fava beans. When the beans come to a boil, cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat, drain the beans, and set aside.

    In the same pan, still warm, add the sausages and bacon. Drizzle with a little olive oil, and brown.

    When the sausages are golden, add garlic and coriander. When the garlic starts to sizzle, add the beans, and mix very well.

    Add more olive oil, and let cook.

    Serve hot or cold.
