Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. melted butter, cooled
- 2 tsp. almond flavoring or vanilla
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Mix both cheeses together.

2Add sugar gradually.

3Beat in eggs, one at a time.

4Add dry ingredients and mix well.

5Add flavoring and butter.

6Mix well.

7Fold in sour cream.

8Pour into ungreased 10-inch spring-form pan.

9Bake at 325° on middle rack for 1 hour.

10Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1/2 hour. Refrigerate and top with fruit, if desired.
