  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. light pancake syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    In a large bowl, stir the first 5 ingredients until well blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

    Cool.
