- 2 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c. commercial French dressing
- 1 1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Thaw fish.

2Remove skin and cut into serving pieces.

3Dip fish in dressing and roll in cracker crumbs.

4Place on nonstick or well-greased cookie sheet.

5Drizzle butter over fish and sprinkle with paprika.
