  • 2 c. water
  • 2 pkg. quick bread (date, cranberry)
  • 2 c. nuts, chopped coarsely
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 3 c. candied fruit
  • corn syrup

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour tube pan.

    Set aside. Combine eggs and water.

    Add all ingredients except corn syrup. Pour into tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 75 to 80 minutes.

    Cool for 30 minutes.

    Glaze with warm corn syrup.

    Will make 3 small loaves.

    Bake for 75 minutes.
