- 1 canned, cooked, boneless ham (of appropriate size)
- 1 jar cherry preserves
- 1/4 c. brandy
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a roasting pan, heat ham according to directions.

2Blend 1 jar cherry preserves with 1/4 cup brandy.

3When ham is almost heated through, pour preserves and brandy over top of ham. Baste several times.

4Serve ham hot or chilled with smooth Curried Mustard Cream.
