  • 1 canned, cooked, boneless ham (of appropriate size)
  • 1 jar cherry preserves
  • 1/4 c. brandy
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In a roasting pan, heat ham according to directions.

    Blend 1 jar cherry preserves with 1/4 cup brandy.

    When ham is almost heated through, pour preserves and brandy over top of ham. Baste several times.

    Serve ham hot or chilled with smooth Curried Mustard Cream.
