- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- paprika

1Spread hash in 4 individual casseroles.

2Make a depression in each with back of spoon.

3Break one egg into each.

4Do not season. Spoon 2 tablespoons milk over each; top with cheese.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° until almost set 18 to 20 minutes.

6Top with paprika; let stand 5 minutes.
