- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
- 4 1/2 ounces ham deviled
- 23 cup evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs beaten slightly
- 1 tablespoon onions grated
- 2 cups bread crumbs soft
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 cup sour cream dairy
Directions

1Combine beef and ham with milk, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, salt, allspice, and pepper.

2Shape into meat balls about 2 inches in diameter.

3(If desired, meat balls may be smaller.)

4Carefully arrange meat balls in slow-cooking pot.

5Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.

6Turn control toHigh.

7Stir in flour that has been dissolved in 1/4 cup water.

8Add ketchup and dill weed.

9Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.

10Turn heat off; stir in sour cream.
