  • about 2 lb. mullet fillets or any other fish
  • 1/2 c. French dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • paprika

    Remove skin on fish and

    Dip fish pieces in dressing and roll in cracker crumbs.

    Place fish on a well greased cookie

    sheet; drizzle melted oil over pieces of fish sprinkled with paprika. Bake in hot oven at 500° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish

    flakes easily with a fork.
