- 1/4 c. whipped cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettuccini
- nutmeg to taste
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Cream butter in bowl.

2Gradually blend in cream and cheese; stir until thoroughly mixed.

4Cook fettuccini in boiling, salted water.

5Drain and transfer to a warmed serving dish.
