- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 1 can clams, drained for clam sauce
- 1 carton mushrooms, washed and sliced
- 1 c. Romanean Parmesan cheese
- extra lean salt pork
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- garlic bread
Directions

1Saute chopped garlic in butter.

2Can add 1 can drained clams for clam sauce and 1 carton mushrooms.

3When fettucine is al dente (firm), drain and do not rinse.

4Return to pot.

5Use wooden spoon to mix in 1/2 pint whipping cream, approximately 1 cup Romanean Parmesan cheese and butter mixture (may need more butter).

6When I can find extra lean salt pork, I fry it crispy and crumble over top.
