- 1 (20 oz.) bag Fiesta Mix frozen vegetables
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain.

2Combine sugar, vinegar and oil in saucepan.

3Boil 5 minutes.

4Pour hot dressing over drained vegetables.

5Cool.

6Add peppers, onion and celery. Store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to use. Keeps up to 2 weeks.

7Makes 15 to 16 servings.
