Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) bag Fiesta Mix frozen vegetables
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery

    Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain.

    Combine sugar, vinegar and oil in saucepan.

    Boil 5 minutes.

    Pour hot dressing over drained vegetables.

    Cool.

    Add peppers, onion and celery. Store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to use. Keeps up to 2 weeks.
