  • 1/4 c dried figs
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1T Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • An additional 1-2 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and/or olive oil if you prefer a thinner consistency.

    1. Combine the figs, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil in a blender and puree until smooth.

    2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    3. If you prefer a thinner, more pourable dressing, add another tablespoon or two of vinegar and/or oil and blend.
