- 2 tsp. ginger
- 4 lb. sugar
Directions

1Sprinkle ginger over figs.

2Cover with boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes.

3Mix sugar with enough water to boil. Remove figs from the water and add syrup.

4Cook until syrup is thick.
