  • 2 jalapeno peppers, diced fine
  • 2 c diced fresh figs
  • 1/2 c diced white onion
  • 1/2 c chopped cilantro
  • 2 T white balsamic vinegar

    Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for about an hour. If making in advance, allow salsa to come to room temperature before serving.
