  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • apricot preserves
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix ingredients, except preserves and nuts.

    Shape into balls the size of a walnut and press into miniature muffin tins.

    Fill with 1 teaspoon apricot preserves, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

    Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
