- salt and pepper
- 1 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cut off and discard wing tips.

2Divide each wing by cutting through joint with a sharp knife.

3Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper.

4Place in crock-pot.

5Pour bouillon over chicken.

6Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until tender.

7Drain.

8Place on broiler pan.
