  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 2 packages Unflavored Gelatin, 0.25 Ounce Packets
  • 2 cups Flavored Jello Powder (for 2 Cups You'll Need Six 3 Ounce Boxes)
  • 3 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Cold Water

    Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup cold water.

    Stir for 1 minute.

    Set aside.

    Put the flavored Jello powder into a large bowl.

    Mix the boiling water into the flavored Jello powder and stir 1 minute.

    Add the cold gelatin mixture to the hot mixture and stir.

    Add lemon juice and 2 cups cold water and stir for 1 minute.

    Pour into a 9x13 pan that youve sprayed lightly with cooking spray.

    Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

    Cut into squares, cubes or your desired shapes to serve.
