- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 c. finely chopped blanched almonds
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Add the flour and blend well. Shape into 1 x 1 1/2-inch sticks.

3Dip into beaten egg.

4Roll in almonds.

5Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
