Finnish Chocolate Ice

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel

Directions

    Melt chocolate with butter in top of double boiler; cool slightly. Beat egg in a small bowl with an electric mixer.

    Slowly add chocolate and orange peel.

    Drop from teaspoon onto a buttered cookie sheet.

    Chill until firm.
