- 2/3 c. biscuit mix
- 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine biscuit mix, wheat germ and sugar.

2In another bowl, combine egg, water, peanut butter and vanilla.

3Beat with rotary beater until smooth.

4Add to dry ingredients, stirring until dry mixture is moistened.

5Don't overbeat.

6Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

7Makes 6 muffins.
