  • 4 cups biscotti Cranberry White Chocolate, untoasted and cubed, our mix is gluten free
  • 2 cups cherries divided
  • 2 cups blueberries divided
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 1/4 cups pudding sometimes I make it with strawberries

Directions

    Halve 1/2 cup cherries, removing pits.

    Remove stems from blueberries.
  3. 3
    Layer the bottom of your serving or individual bowls with fruit.

    Top with pudding and then a layer of biscotti.

    Cover biscotti with whipped cream.

    Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients.

    It is best to make this dessert 1 night ahead of time.

    Refrigerate and allow to set.
