- 1 lb. cooked white fish
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 raw egg
- 1 hard boiled chopped egg (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- 4 Tbsp. stale bread crumbs
Directions

1Flake fish; remove any bones. In a mixing bowl, add fish to mashed potatoes and raw egg.

2When mixed well, add lemon juice, vinegar, parsley, hard boiled egg, salt and pepper.

3The mixture will be rather sticky.

4Shape into small rounds with floured fingers and roll into breadcrumbs.

5Refrigerate 1 hour.

6Fry in hot oil in frying pan over medium heat or deep fry.

7Should be golden brown and crispy on the outside.
