Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk (adding small mount at a time to first prevent lumping)
  • 2 eggs, beaten just until mixed
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed-style corn
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in order given and pour into lightly greased baking dish.

    I use the 1 1/2-quart Pyrex.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
