- 6 to 8 pieces fish fillets
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- vegetable oil
- water
Directions

1Grease a 2 quart casserole.

2Place 4 pieces fish on bottom of casserole.

3Sprinkle with 1/2 of the walnuts and raisins, then top with 1/2 of the bread crumbs, cheese and garlic.

4Drizzle a small amount of oil over all.

5Repeat with remaining ingredients.

6Add about a 1/2 cup of water through casserole. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish is heated through and top is brown.
