- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Spread half the cheese and the onion over the bottom of baking dish.

3Place fish on top and cover with remaining cheese.

4Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
