- 6 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled (reserve grease)
- 2 c. onion, chopped
- 4 c. potatoes, finely diced
- 1 1/3 c. carrots, finely diced
- 2 (16 oz. size) flounder fillets
- 4 c. water
- 2 envelopes Hidden Valley original flavor salad dressing mix
- 4 c. milk
Directions

1Fry bacon in large (stock) pot until crisp; drain and crumble. In the reserved bacon grease, saute the chopped onion, potatoes and carrots until tender, about 6 minutes.

2Move the veggies over to one side.

3Add the flounder and water; bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

4Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.

5Turn over and break up fish.
