- 1 lb. frozen fish fillet
- 1 large onion, sauteed in 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 2 diced carrots
- 3 ribs diced celery
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Add potatoes, carrots and celery. Add 2 cups water and simmer until vegetables are soft.

3Add fish (broken in pieces).

4Simmer.

5Dilute 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk and add to first and simmer a few minutes.

6Season to taste.

7If desired, add a small container frozen corn when adding fish.
