Ingredients

  • 3 large fish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 large potatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. fish stock or clam juice
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 2 cans milk
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In a 5-quart Dutch oven, saute onion and green pepper in butter.

    Add potatoes and simmer 4 to 6 minutes. Add fish stock and fish. Simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer just until done.

    Season to taste.
