  • 250 grams FRESH!! fish of choice deboned
  • 1 tsp ground garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten

    Cut your fish into fingers and marinate with the lemon n garlic

    Mix the breadcrumbs with the black pepper and coriander
  3. 3
    Beat the egg in a plate with enough salt for your fish I use like two pinches.

    Setup your dredging station one plate with flour, one with egg, one with breadcrumbs and one empty one to put your fish fingers

    So first put the sliced fingers into flour then egg then breadcrumbs then the empty plate

    Throw away any leftover bread crumbs flour and egg...it has gotten contaminated

    Heat up oil on medium high to high and fry your fish.

    It doesn't take long to cook like 1-2mins dont over cook it or it will be dry n taste like cardboard.
