- 1 to 2 lb. fish fillet (any style)
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped or leaf)
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large baking dish with cover, place spinach on bottom of baking dish.

2Next place rinsed and dried fillet (fish) on top. Add sliced tomatoes and onions.

3On top of that, sprinkle with oregano, garlic, lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
