- 60 grams butter
- 300 grams frozen haddock, poached, skinned, boned, flaked
- 184 gram box Rice-A-Roni any herb flavor, cooked
- 2 hard boiled eggs,chopped
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 10 ml. curry powder
- 12.5 ml. freshly chopped parsley
- 37.5 ml. fresh cream
Directions

1Heat butter in large saucepan.

2Stir in flaked haddock, cooked rice, eggs, seasoning and curry powder.

3Stir well.

4Add parsley and stir in cream.

5Heat thoroughly.

6Serve immediately. Serves 4.
