  • 60 grams butter
  • 300 grams frozen haddock, poached, skinned, boned, flaked
  • 184 gram box Rice-A-Roni any herb flavor, cooked
  • 2 hard boiled eggs,chopped
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 10 ml. curry powder
  • 12.5 ml. freshly chopped parsley
  • 37.5 ml. fresh cream

Directions

    Heat butter in large saucepan.

    Stir in flaked haddock, cooked rice, eggs, seasoning and curry powder.

    Stir well.

    Add parsley and stir in cream.

    Heat thoroughly.

    Serve immediately. Serves 4.
