- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 None onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 jar (16 oz) tikka masala sauce
- 1 lb boneless firm white fish, cut into chunks
- 5 oz green beans, halved
- None None Cilantro leaves, for garnish
- None None Steamed rice, to serve
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Saute onion and garlic for 3-4 mins, until onion is tender. Add sauce to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

2Carefully add fish and beans to sauce. Simmer, covered, for 8-10 mins, until fish is cooked through. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves and serve with steamed rice.
