  • 2 medium cucumbers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 medium radishes, finely chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 4 None white fish steaks (8 oz each)

    For the salsa, combine all ingredients except the fish in a bowl.

    Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Grill fish, turning, until just cooked. Serve with salsa.
