- 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 4 None white fish steaks (8 oz each)

1For the salsa, combine all ingredients except the fish in a bowl.
