  • White sauce:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmed
  • sliced tomato, avocado, red onion, and lime wedges
