- 1 (17 oz.) can small English peas, drained
- 1 (17 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (20 oz.) jar chopped pimientos, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Bring to boil the sugar, pepper, salt, oil and vinegar.

2Mix all vegetables together.

3Pour liquid mixture over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
