- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can sardines, rough chopped
- 3 tablespoons dill, rough chopped
- olive oil, for cooking
- 4 eggs
Directions

1In a small saute pan, sweat garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Once translucent, add sardines and lightly saute. Remove from heat and fold in the dill, reserving a few sprigs for garnish. Set aside.

2Serve with fried eggs, your favorite toast, and a great cup of coffee or your favorite brunch cocktail.
