Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can chopped olives
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 small pkg. corn tortillas
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Brown and drain beef. Combine first 6 ingredients. Cover bottom of casserole dish with sauce. Add layer of tortillas; cover with sauce and cheese.

    Repeat until all the sauce is used and top with cheese. Bake at 350° until the cheese has melted.
