- 1 pkg. bonelees chicken
- whole green beans (fresh)
- 3 carrots
- 2 scallions
- 2 sticks celery
- pea pods
- 1/2 can bamboo shoots
- cooked noodles or rice
- peanut/vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1A wok is a must.

2Cut steak and chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.

3Cut vegetables in same manner.

4Get everything and put it close to stove.

5Heat wok.

6Add 1 spoon oil and put steak and chicken in, moving them around constantly until almost done.

7Add vegetables and keep stirring.

8Nothing should stop moving.

9Cook about 2 minutes.

10Take out and put into dish.

11Put 1 more teaspoon oil in empty wok.

12Stir-fry eggs and noodles 2 minutes.

13Dish out and enjoy.
