Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew meat, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. peas, potatoes, onions and carrots
  • 1 slice white bread in crumbs or 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • herbs (add your own; salt, pepper, garlic)

Directions

    Mix garlic and other herbs in with meat.

    Add all other ingredients in casserole.

    Cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours.
