- 5 or 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Put first 5 ingredients in the blender (safe).

2In a square mold make the caramel with 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Stir on medium-high until it is golden brown (safe).

3Put the mix from the blender into the mold with the caramel.

4Cover with foil paper and bake in a double boiler for 1 hour at 350°.

5Uncover the last 10 minutes.

6Let cool.

7Chill for 1 or 2 hours.

8Turn it over and enjoy.
