Ingredients
- 4 Flatout Bread Wraps
- 16 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce
- 5 ounces, fluid Goat Cheese
- 1 Peach, Diced
- 6 slices Capicola, Sliced Into Strips
- 1 bunch Baby Bok Choy, Washed, Sliced, And Sauteed
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- Balsamic Glaze (or Reduce Your Own), For Drizzling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Lightly spray each side of the flatout bread with nonstick spray.

3Place the flatouts side by side on a cookie sheet.

4Bake in oven for 7-10 minutes.

5Remove from oven and spoon pizza sauce onto each flatout.

6Use desired amount of sauce and spread evenly over the bread/crust.

7Add goat cheese, peach, capicola, and bok choy.

8Sprinkle dried oregano over the top, drizzle with balsamic glaze.

9Put back in the oven for about 12 minutes.

10(The capicola should sizzle a bit and start to crisp up.)
