- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb. flounder
Directions

1Saute onions, green pepper

2and mushrooms.

3Add seasonings and tomatoes.

4Cook 3 minutes. Add fish and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes.

5Serve over rice.
