  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 lb. flounder

Directions

    Saute onions, green pepper

    Add seasonings and tomatoes.

    Cook 3 minutes. Add fish and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes.
