  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients well and press into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° (glass pan 10 minutes; metal pan 15 minutes).

    Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over crust.

    Beat remaining ingredients and pour over first

    mixture.

    Top with remaining Cool Whip and grate chocolate bar over top.
